  Sort by Sales Report
  
  

  • You may create the sales orders by sorting the fields activated on the report.That is from :
    • Web > Files > Downloads > Files / Reports Gear icon under Sales Orders
    • Activate de fields you need on the report then Ok
    • Click again on the gear icon under Sales orders to use the sort boxes on the bottom
    • Click on Sort 1 by to select the field on the boxes
    • Sort 1 By
    • Sort 2 By
    • Sort 3 By
    • Then ok
    • Select the date range you need and then go

  
  Second Sales Tax
  
  

  • You may set a Second Tax from the web access. That is at
    • Web > Settings > Sales Orders > Taxes
    • On the following window you may assign the values that you have set on the device so they may apply on the web access
    • These options will be apply on the WebStore when the order is complete by the customer
    • As long it is actived from WebStore - Settings > Tax

  • From the Database > products > Price List Update You will be able to update the price list of your products
    Follow these steps
    • Download the current file from the tag download
    • Open the file as csv file then remove only the columns where prices do not want to be changed
    • On Price List chose the file then click on upload

  • New option to avoid doing the shipping process every time a new order is being created.
    • From Database > Sales / Invoices > Settings > Sales Orders, there is a new switch "Auto ship when finish order" by default = OFF. If you turn that ON, the truck icon will no be longer be displayed and every new order will be created as shipped.
    
    
  • Printing functionality. We have integrated two Apple Certified bluetooth printers on the market to print receipts in a 4" thermal paper from SelBuk iPhone or iPad versions, more information about the printers can be found at: (SelBuk.com/printers)

  Now you may delete multiple products from SelBuk web version, accounts with cloud.
  
  

  • At web.selbuk.com > Database > Products > Multiple Adjustments
  • On the dropdown list Add/Remove > select Deactivate to enable this column
  • Check on the products that you want to delete on each page and then Save_Countinue
  • Deactivated products will not be displayed on devices, but they will be in case you wish to activate them back
  • To delete them completely:
    • Database > Products > View/Edit
    • Deactivated
    • Delete
    • Keep in mind this process is irreversible.
