With SelBuk mobile or web based version, users can enter payments to sales already made

On the device

Database > Sales/Invoices > Unpaid Invoice Only (current) > select invoices

Check on the invoices you are going to pay

Amount to Pay, Payment Method and Date

Keep in mind that a customer may have several due invoices. Therefore, check on the invoices sections that the right one is active orange color. The due invoices at the end of the line there is a I within a circle when press you may type a different amount to be paid

Touch Continue > Check on the following screen invoice and amount

Touch Pay or Complete payment

On the following screen you may send by mail a copy, pay other invoices, void or deleted the payment

Press Done

Keep in mind that when is an inoice and you nned to pay it tocuh the dollar sign to make the payment 

On web

Database > Sales/Invoices > Unpaid invoices only > Click on the invoices to pay

Following screen type in the amount and type of payment > Continue > Complete payment
