Accept a New customer from the WebStore at Web Version
When a customer registers at the WebStore, the account’s administrator or main user will receive an email asking to login at web.selbuk.com to create and save the new customer On the web version go to Database > Clients > View/Edit Clients > View Edit > Active > New WebStore On the screen you will see the new customer registered at the WebStore, select it Touch the settings icon to set the search by Client or Customer infomation on SelBuk Type the contact name, select the customer if already on SelBuk then the join button Click on Join to Keep as SelBuk customer or WebStore customer information > Close Or Just Click on Create as new Customer Remark: When the customer is created, you may see all data about the customer so that you may validate to save it.
