Can I schedule expenses that repeat monthly?

Yes. Once you turn it on in the Expenses settings, you can require approval before an expense counts, leave it payable with a due date and record its full or partial payment. What it doesn’t do yet is record a monthly repeating expense on its own: you record that one each time.
