Yes. Each product has its record with code, barcode, unit, category, cost, prices and stock, and you see it the same in the app and on the web. Photos depend on the plan: 1 per product on Basic and up to 5 on the other paid plans (the Free plan has no photos). You can even create a product in the middle of a sale without losing what you have.
